What a volunteer can do at A.F.E.
Social Activity
- Accompany girl mothers, vulnerable women and their children in their daily activities.
- Stay at the reception desk and fill out welcome cards.
- Teach French and/or English if necessary.
- Participate in games and activities.
Administrative activity
- Work on the association’s website, Instagram or Facebook.
- Search for partners or raise funds.
- Drafting administrative files and assisting administrative staff.
Elementary education and kindergarten
- Assist teachers in their daily tasks.
- School support for children in difficulty.
- Follow-up and support for students.
Professional Training
- Sewing: Help with sewing, knitting or embroidery.
- Hair & Make-up: Participate in hair and make-up activities.
- Catering: Cook and help with sales.
- Computing: Learn basic computer skills.
Other Activities
- Wall decoration in the centers.
- Socio-educational activities.
- Musical entertainment.
- Learning African dance.
- Organization of various games and Olympic games.
Important note
👉 A volunteer can only work on two activities during his or her stay.
